Where are you based and do you Travel?
We are based in the Northwest Suburbs of Illinois in the Schaumburg Area. Yes! We’re available for travel. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 20 miles from Schaumburg, IL.
How do I book a photoshoot or video session?
To book a session, fill out the inquiry form on our website or contact us directly. We’ll start with a free 15 minute discovery call to understand your needs, and once details are finalized, we’ll send a proposal and contract. A deposit is required to secure your date.
What types of photography and video services do you offer?
For photo we specialize in portraits, headshots, event coverage, unit stills, concert, travel, food, product, real estate photography.
For video we specialize in short documentary and social media videos.

Where do the shoots take place?
Clients typically choose the location for their shoot. If needed, we can assist with location scouting or can offer studio sessions for an additional fee upon request.
What should I wear for my photoshoot?
We recommend outfits that reflect your personal or brand style while keeping in mind the shoot’s theme. Solid colors and minimal patterns work best. If you need guidance, we can provide a style guide.
Do you provide hair and makeup services?
Hair and makeup services are not included but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes! Standard turnaround for photos is 2-3 weeks and videos are 3-6 weeks. Rush delivery (within 72 hours) is available for an additional fee.
How will I receive my photos/videos?
Final files will be delivered via a private online gallery or download link.
Who owns the photos/videos?
Clients receive usage rights, while we retain copyright. Full buyouts are available upon request.
How much do your services cost?

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due the day of the shoot.
